Privacy & your data
We only collect what you give us — emails, names, and quiz answers when you opt in. You can see all of it or delete all of it at any time, with one click.
What we hold about you
If you've ever interacted with NeuroStars, we may store some or all of the following tied to your email:
- Contact / lead form submissions (names, company, phone, page you came from)
- Feedback or suggestions you've submitted
- Newsletter subscription status
- Quiz results (the character you matched with)
- Free printable downloads you requested
- Internal CRM notes and tags created by our team
- Records of emails we sent you and whether they were opened
We also keep anonymous analytics events (page views, clicks) tied to IP only — these can't be deleted by email since we never link IPs to emails.
Export or delete
Pick what you want and enter your email. We'll send a confirmation link to that address — click it to confirm the request (so nobody else can do it for you).
How we treat your data
- We never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
- Forms use a honeypot to block bots and a rate limit to stop abuse.
- Emails go through Resend (transactional email provider). Subscription state lives only on our server.
- Admin access requires password + 2-factor authentication.
